To successfully train a Navy Seal cost $500.000 and more then $400.000 out of this is spend on state of mind training. The most important quality for a Navy Seal is to operate as a team and in order to do this Seals are thoroughly trained in un-doing conditioned thinking that makes them act alone when times get rough. They have to understand how their mind and thinking system really works to survive.

As it turns out, people who get their unusefull thinking out of the way and get into a state of flow naturally act as teams and are using their highest potential.

This state of flow, or as I call them in my trainings being high up the ladder, is the ultimate state to not only be successful as a Navy Seal, but also as an executive business role.

To stay competitive, every organization I know is trying to find new ways to get more done in less time and making less mistakes in the process.

As far as empowering people to get more done, McKinsey did a 10 year study and found that top executive that spend most of their time high up the ladder report being 500% more productive then normal. Moreover, what I’ve discovered is that it’s remarkably easy to train.

In a 6 week joint learning project we conducted with 5 big organizations, after six weeks of training, their engineers reports a 35-80% increase in flow.

State of Mind, and a deep understanding of how it works, makes exponential organizations possible.
